Our last trip saw us taking up carpets, visiting Home Depot and laying new floors. We love everything about Florida...mainly the weather, but the food, vehicles, theme parks, beaches, and the golf courses are pretty awesome too"

We stayed at Orchid Villa for 2 weeks in April this year, The villa was superb and offered everything that our family needed. It is close to shops, restaurants and the theme parks and we could not fault the location. The villa was very clean, spacious and very much home from home. The pool area is amazing and my little boy loved the convenience of coming home from a long day and having a swim. Orchid villa was very secure and in a gated community with easy access the main highway. The owner Malcolm responded to any queries we had prior to departure and was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this villa and loved it so much we are going back next year! Thank you Malcolm and Kerry for sharing your beautiful villa.

We are repeat visitors to Orchid Villa, having stayed there some years ago with family. It hadn't changed. The standards were still great and the space afforded us as a couple only was vast. We noticed the upgraded pool and pool area and enjoyed the all day sunshine. The Master Suite was comfortable and stylish. The journey to the attractions is simple as it is a short drive to the I4 exit for Orlando, just off Highway 27 - a great place to have breakfast before a long day. Thanks Malcolm for a great return stay and for accommodating us.

Although we arrived late and were tired, we were thoroughly impressed with the villa. It was much more spacious than we had expected and had very clean and well laid out rooms. The kids loved the pool with plenty of inflatable toys and spent almost all their time splashing around, when "home". Everything that you would need to make it comfortable was available including air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, straighteners, tons of towels and even toilet roll. There was plenty of room for everyone. The villa is at the end a very quiet cul de sac and was also in very close driving distance to the freeway, supermarkets and dining. It is also only about 15 minutes from Disney and International Drive. Our friends kept praising our good choice and we have all said we will definitely come back in a couple of years. I don't think that we can do justice to Malcolm and his team but would like to say a huge thank you and "We'll be back!"
